Keepin' the Chocolate Love Alive....

I told you there would be more chocolate to come!  


A girl's gotta take full advantage of the chocolate holiday.  But not all chocolate has to be sweet.... Mole is a prime example.


Beef Chili 
with Ancho, Mole & Cumin



While "mole" is a generic Spanish term for "sauce," the most common mole is mole poblano which is made with chocolate and chiles.
