Girl and the Goat

This was a November food conquest but very much blog-worthy.... The food was amazing.  I totally understand why Stephanie Izard won Top Chef!


Choco loco . coco guajillo butter . pumpkin oil

Warm marinated olives
Honey crisp soup . brown butter . tarragon yogurt


Pan roasted chicken . fermented black bean . nicoise olives . celery . watermelon . mint
  


Roasted cauliflower . pickled peppers . pine nuts . mint
(we got a little excited and forgot the take the pic before diving in!!!)


Sauteed green beans . fish sauce vinaigrette

Smoked goat pizza . apple soffritto . black kale . ricotta . cipollini

Seared scallops. pumpkin brandade . pecans . fried brussels sprouts . tarragon . pomegranate

Skirt steak a la planca . chiogga beets . house pickles . wilted romaine . salted goat milk caramel


Pan roasted red fish . black beans . butternut squash . chicken of the woods mushrooms


Bittersweet chocolate - shitake gelato - toffee creme fraiche
Bourbon apples - cranberry - miso marcona almond - maple fat gelato
Blood orange sorbet - parsnip pot de creme- pistachio cake - three sisters cornmeal crust

I just love the goat logo!
